Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service to casino patrons - Assist guests with questions and concerns related to slot machines - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of slot machines - Handle cash transactions and provide change to guests - Enforce casino policies and procedures - Respond to and resolve guest complaints or conflicts in a professional manner - Assist with special events and promotions as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting - Familiarity with slot machines and their operation is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Experience in conflict management is beneficial - Knowledge of food service or theater operations is a plus - Public speaking skills are an asset As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of slot machines.
You will assist guests with any questions or issues they may have, handle cash transactions, enforce casino policies, and help create a positive gaming experience for all patrons.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
Knowledge of slot machines and their operation is beneficial, but not required as training will be provided.
Strong communication skills, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and experience in conflict management are important for this position.
