6am - 3pm; Friday:
6am - 12pmSet up prototype and production parts on various CNC press brakes using prints and other developed plansOversee forming department production planAssist department employees with set up and/or operation issuesAssist with training of new and existing employeesPerform in process inspections to verify adherence to print dimensionsCreate tool and program library within all machinesEnsure production output and perform operations duties as neededMaintain a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned-----Required Skills & Qualifications-----5
Years set up press brake experienceAbility to determine proper dies, setups of dies, setup of gauges and adjustment of ram stroke from all types of partsExperience with step forming radiiAbility to determine forming sequence of multiple hit parts with and without the use of work instructionAbility to read and interpret blueprints and identify metalsDetails and Duties for Metal Polisher position:

$15 - $23 per hour1st Shift:
Monday - Thursday:
6am - 3pm; Friday:
6am - 12pmUse various methods, abrasives, air powered tools and equipment to grind & polish metal materials.
Polish components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
Perform light maintenance power tool equipment and report equipment faults for repairs.
Quality Assurance Checks, ensure product specifications are quality maintained.
-----Required Skills & Qualifications-----3 Years metal polishing experienceAble to learn & efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the polishing department.
Use a variety of methods, abrasives and tools to safely, efficiently grind & polish materials.
Multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Work independently and within a team, with minimal supervision.
