EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED is required.
At least one (1) year experience in a medical setting is required.
Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The candidate must be proficient in office-type mathematics and able to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Experienced in Word and Excel, type 25-40 wpm and highly reliable.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Posting transactions in Accounts Receivable systems, maintaining daily census spreadsheet, daily report reconciliation, submitting bills to schools and insurances, follow-up on unpaid accounts.
