Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Dealership Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our dealership, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
Provide support to the finance and sales departments as needed.
Inventory Management:
Assist with accurate records of vehicle history.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicles.
Process license and registration for new and preowned vehicles.
Prepare paperwork for DMV on sold vehicles.
Assist with maintaining accurate record of vehicle inventory, billing wholesales and dealer trades.
Process intercompany trades.
Reconcile receivable schedules.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer transactions and dealership documentation including titles and MSO's.
Assist with the preparation of reports as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Support team members in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.
)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines.
