What We're Looking For:
As a Bob Loquercio BDC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the Internet Sales Representatives who respond to internet inquiries and generate sales with customers that contact the dealership or who have visited the dealership.
This highly accountable and process-oriented position uses lead management tools, advanced Customer Relationship Management software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
The Business Development Manager should be technically proficient or be able to be trained to be technically proficient in using in-house, customer service, data mining and campaigning tools and to develop a deep understanding of all dealership products and services offered to drive an overall positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Training internet sales team to respond promptly, professionally and courteously to all internet leadsProviding scripts and workflow tools to staff to ensure uniform customer serviceEnsuring that all staff members are promptly and accurately entering all customer inquiry data into CRM softwareOverseeing the generation of sales appointmentsEffectively utilizing lead management toolsCompiling all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basisUnderstand buying patterns of telephone prospectsPrepare individual call reports for BDC staffExhibiting ethical behavior, providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction and remaining honest in all aspects of customer interactionInterface with other department headsParticipate in management meetingsQualifications
Qualifications:

years' experience as an Business Development Manager at a dealership, preferredAbility to teach and train staff to be disciplined, process-oriented and sales-driven through inbound, outbound appointment and service calls, internet leads and internally generated customer opportunitiesAbility to gain overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operationsStrong organizational and leadership skillsKnowledge of social media, social media channel marketing and social media bloggingAbility to manage and motivate staff membersFamiliarity with Apollo database Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
