Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree with a concentration in computer science, programming, information systems or similar from an accredited college or university.
o Minimum 5 years' experience application development in an enterprise technology department required.
o Minimum 4 years' experience managing a multiple application development team ideal.
o Working knowledge of technologies including Java,.
net, angular.
js, WooCommerce/WordPress, Salesforce, API integrations, and/or other scripting languages.
o Experience in software development/coding in at least two programming languages.
o Experience with algorithms, data structures, logic, application architecture, and problem solving.
o Must have experience leading large scale technology projects and/or teams of 10 - 20
resources.
o Must have mid to expert-level knowledge of the theory, and the practical application of, various software delivery life cycle methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall).
Experience with JIRA to manage this methodology is a plus.
o Ideally has mid-level knowledge of Technology Quality Assurance (automation, manual, test cases, test plans, testing tools), Business Analysis (use cases, user stories, product owner interviewing), estimating methodologies (Storypoint, PERT, etc.
) and deployment/release (release cadences, roll back plans, release notes) processes.
o Must have experience being directly responsible for technology delivery without direct resource authority (managing a matrixed team including peer group resources).
o Ideally has experience managing & negotiating with vendors, managing global teams, being responsible for, and reporting out on macro as well as micro budgets and budget planning.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
