We are looking for a dedicated TRAC Rental Associate to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Responsibilities:
Answering / Making phone calls for potential customers - book reservations when customers inquire about rental cars Maintain all vehicles are properly parked and locked on premises at all times Open / Close rental agreements accurately and efficiently Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, fuel and maintenance Correspond with internal departments to confirm customers' rental needs are satisfied Adhere to all TRAC rules, regulations, policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service for all customers
Qualifications:
Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record and the ability to safely operate vehicles Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening Be able to pay attention to detail Capable of following instructions and have positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service Able to stand on feet and bend over/up and down during entire shift Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment Strong organizational, communication, time-management skills Must have good, proficient computer skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
