As a Bid administrator you will be responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time with competitive pricing. Ensure that all the clients questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success. The role involves leading all day to day aspects of an individual bid. You will be involved in every aspect of the submission having an excellent appreciation of what our client needs and how best to articulate that.
Qualifications/ Experience
Must have Bid Processing experience.
Contact with State or Municipality purchasing agents is a key hiring factor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong written and communication skills are essential.
The qualified candidate for this position will strive under peer pressure.
Has great listening skills.
Works well in team environment and is an articulate speaker.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
